CROWDFUNDING / REAL ESTATE
Tessin, a leading Nordic property investment platform, has taken significant steps to enhance its payment processes for investors. During spring and summer, Tessin partnered with the Swedish payment institution Plusius and their strategic local banking partner to implement a robust new payment solution. This solution reintroduces the ability to make payments via Bankgiro, providing investors with a smoother, safer, and more efficient way to manage their transactions.
In June 2023, Tessin transitioned to a Luxembourg-based payment provider, which initially offered SEK account transfers. However, their previous payment provider announced it would discontinue SEK transfers. Requiring international payments to Luxembourg, Tessin sought a provider better suited to its operational needs. Plusius emerged as the ideal partner, delivering a customized, fully compliant solution that met all of Tessin’s requirements.
