Plusius in Örebro offers financial services – from initiation to recipient – with smart sharing solutions as the standard service. Regardless of the complexity of the payment, Plusius facilitates real-time payments to multiple recipients while covering enhanced KYC/AML work.

Plusius uses the Agile method for daily development, and the Scrum team works together with the Product Owner, Architect, and QA to ensure the delivery of the best quality solutions to customers.

It is designed for the product owner, with joint decision-making on the best way forward as the system takes shape and new functional requirements are imposed. Your responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve a well-designed quality assurance process that aligns with best practices for quality assurance.

• Participate in the entire development cycle (sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives) all the way from development to release.

• Be responsible for developing a testing strategy that ensures high test coverage and quality.

• Provide recommendations for improving our Fintech product.

• Ensure that testing is performed correctly and on time to enable fast and secure releases and also ensure that "No code goes untested."

• Be involved in the work within a cross-functional development team by following agile software development methods, identifying product defects, logging them, verifying fixes, tracking progress, reporting results, forecasting risk areas, and providing mitigation plans.
