Sounds interesting? Join the Plusius team, as we are now seeking a Financial & Technical Customer Support Agent to join our team in an international environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing transactions and data and experience in providing technical support for financial systems. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role. The role of Financial & Technical Customer Support Agent is part of our international Plusius Business Team. Within this team, you will learn something new and face a new challenge every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users for financial systems including ERP, accounting software, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze financial data and transactions to identify and troubleshoot issues in the supported systems.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and usability and participate in system integration projects.
  • Document solutions for issue resolution in the Customer Support software.
  • Provide training to end-users on system usage and best practices.
  • Manage user accounts and security access controls for supported systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation including user guides and FAQs.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, System Developer or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial systems support and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with ERP, accounting software, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Experience in Customer Support roles working with ticket systems and CRM.
